As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options, or you can design your own.

I am a Personal Trainer and a Holistic Therapist with a proven track records of achieving clients goals; With over 10 years of experience I believe that I have, the knowledge, the patience and the skills to help you get out of your comfort zone and push your limits in a safe and supportive space. What I do is more than just exercise—I love helping people achieving their goals and discover their inner strength and motivation. I am, versatile, organised, disciplined, reliable and able to motivate others with exceptional leadership and professional attitude, acquired through Life Coaching education and Military training experience.
